What We Collect
To plan and book travel we collect information you provide: names as they appear on passports, contact details, dates of birth, passport numbers where required for bookings, travel preferences, and payment information processed through secure supplier systems.
Our website contact form collects the details you enter — name, email, phone and message — to respond to your inquiry.
For group bookings, the organizer may provide travel details for other members of their party; we treat that information with the same protections and use it only for the booking itself. Where travel to certain destinations requires additional data — such as advance passenger information or visa details — we collect the minimum the destination legally requires and transmit it only to the required parties.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to provide travel services: obtaining quotes, making reservations with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and insurers, issuing travel documents, and communicating with you about your trips.
We share information with travel suppliers only as required to complete your bookings. We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever.
How We Protect It
We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Records are retained only as long as needed for service, legal and accounting purposes, and access is limited to those who need it to serve you.
Your Choices

Third Parties & Updates
Travel suppliers you're booked with maintain their own privacy policies governing information we must pass to them for your booking. This policy may be updated periodically; the version on this page is current. Questions are always welcome — ask us directly.
Our website itself collects minimal technical data: standard server logs and the information you actively submit through forms. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. External links — airlines, resorts, review platforms — lead to sites governed by their own policies, and payment card details are processed through secure supplier and processor systems rather than stored by us.
